who we are?

We specialise in Disability Support Services.

A support worker assists participants both in their homes and within the community by providing practical and emotional support to help them work toward their goals and greater independence. In participants’ homes, support workers often assist with daily activities such as prompting self-care, meal preparation, and household management, while offering emotional support and helping participants develop coping strategies. They also work with participants to set achievable goals that contribute to their larger objectives, enhance independence, and encourage participation in activities that promote overall well-being. In the community, support workers typically accompany participants to appointments, assist with social interactions, attend groups, help with grocery shopping, and encourage participation in recreational activities that foster a sense of inclusion and connection. Each support worker focuses on empowering participants to improve their quality of life and maintain stability by providing tailored assistance based on individual needs and goals.

participant feedback

Why participants choose us

Thank you for all the work SEC has done with my participant, you guys are achieving such amazing results. I always look forward to having a read of the participant's monthly report.

I messaged the page today and got a call back from Tania. It was so good to feel supported, as I’ve been doing it tough lately. It’s great to know I can access a worker once my NDIS plan is updated. Tania was really easy to talk to and I hope I get her as my worker.

I have been working with Chris as my support worker for over 12 months and I have progressed steadily towards achieving my goals and positive development within myself. Chris is determined and dedicated to giving me the most suitable outcomes.

Amanda has been supporting my participants for the past 15 months. l have found Amanda to be a very reliable, honest support worker and she certainly is a real “go getter”. Nothing is too much to ask and Amanda makes sure that things gets done. Her approach is friendly and warm which helps participants feel relaxed and at ease around her. My participants have shown great steps forward towards their individual plan goals with the support of the SECteam.

What impresses me the most about Support Embrace Connect is how her team are focused on customer outcomes. The SEC team can inspire and motivate customers to achieve personal goals and the goals outlined in individual NDIS plans. The SEC team is highly skilled and flexible when it is required. The staff are easy to communicate with, and the team is always ready to go. Support coordinators receive a monthly update about individual customers' progress and challenges. I highly recommend Support Embrace Connect to support customers as the team strives to get the best outcomes for everyone.
